TodoMall was my co-founder project. The idea: structured challenge programs presented as to-do lists, created by domain experts.
A fitness trainer creates a 30-day beginner program. A developer creates a "learn React in 4 weeks" track. Users subscribe and work through the list together.
We built it in React Native with Firebase for the backend. I was CTO, so I owned the entire technical side. We went through the full cycle: initial build, beta users, some traction, and eventually a decision to shut it down when the co-founder relationship didn't work out.
